т.е. вы хотите сказать что с помощью AS3 можно закачать файл на сервак...хех...уверен, что нет, ведь flash это сугубо клиентская часть...с помощью filereference загружаешь файл в мувик а из него уже с помощью серверного скрипта на сервер.
