Господа!

Срочно нужен диктофон на Flash. Может есть где такой? И вообще как такой можно сделать?

Не знаете не флеймте. Я спрашиваю специалистов. Flash диктофон сделать можно, такой проект уже не раз выполнялся на scriptlance и rentacoder...

Нет. По той причине, что флеш не умеет писать звук.

А при чём тут ФЛЭШ-диктофон?
Сделай CGI-скрипт, чтоб записывал, а во флэш вставь переменную со ссылкой на записанный базар.
