We have reason to believe you are or have been using an illegal version of
the software entitled, ZBrush 1.51, which is proprietary to Pixologic, Inc.
You are advised to immediately discontinue such use. Your use, possession
and/or distribution of a stolen access code or pirated version of the
software is a crime punishable under applicable laws of the United States.
Pixologic, Inc. will not permit the unlawful or unauthorized use of its
software. Nor will it support or tolerate any endorsements of illegal
activity in its public forums, such as encouraging others to download
pirated software.

Be aware that pirated software may include viruses and other destructive
code segments which may cause damage to your computer and/or software
resulting in data loss and compromised security of your personal
information.

To avoid further action by Pixologic, take the following steps:

1. Immediately delete all illegal versions of Pixologic's software from
your computer and storage devices.
2. Respond to this e-mail verifying that all illegal versions have been
permanently deleted.
3. If you wish to continue using Pixologic's software after executing the
above steps, you may purchase a legal version and register as a legal user
or download the free demo version.

In either case, you must read and agree to the accompanying Software User
License Agreement.

Pixologic will not authorize your participation in ZBrushCentral discussions
until the foregoing steps have been taken. If Pixologic detects your
continued illegal use of its software, Pixologic shall exercise all legal
and equitable remedies available to it to prevent any further violations of
its rights.

In addition, your membership at ZBrush Central has been suspended and your
threads removed pending resolution of this matter.
