Generation_P (www.generation-p.com) is looking for WEB Developer with Ruby experience.

Main areas of responsibility:

You will be working for an Irish-based client – a leading provider of tour operator software. Your engagement will start with a one-month trip to Ireland in September-October for training and the first project – integration of middleware components into the front-end of a booking engine and front-end enhancement.

After the return to Belarus your responsibilities will be: Development of the front-end of Irish company’s client websites, work on back-end modules of booking engines. You will work in tandem with their sales, marketing and web development teams to deliver effective websites - working with project manager; agree design, layout and navigation and functionality of sites. Be ready for two-three business trips every year to the client’s office in Ireland.

Required experience:
- Solid background in website development with a good portfolio of sites.
- Experience in dealing with customers and working within a development team.

Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of HTML/JavaScript/CSS.
- Knowledge of Ruby and/or Python language.
- Knowledge of AJAX and Web Services technology.
- Fluent English language and good communication skills
- Team Player with good organizational and planning skills
- Experience in PHP, Perl is a big plus

Qualifications:
- Web design background.
- Experience in e-commerce site development.
