Usage
mdm.Application.createForm(formName:String, formType:String, swfPath:String, x:Number, y:Number, width:Number, height:Number):Void

Parameters

formName:Number - Name of the new Form
formType:String - Type of the new Form
swfPath:Number - Path to the SWF to be used in the new Form
x:Number - X position of new form
y:Number - Y position of new form
width:Number - Width of new Form
height:Number - Height of new Form
