У меня не было времени все там копать, но пару статей я прочитал... Но там говорилось против несовершеннолетнего разврата и усё.

Если вы про это, конечно...
Средства массовой информации передали, что за последний год - ~23.000 пожелилось и ~19.000 развелись... Не знаю так ли это или нет, но всё равно очень много женятся в 18-19 лет а через год разводятся...
Если я не там читал, то плиз скажите где это написано...
